30 Minute Training Session

Meant for those who are just getting back into it, lack the necessary knowledge and form or simply trying out personal training for the first time.

45 Minute Training Session

Recommended for reconditioning athletes or individuals recovering from illness or injury. Have intermediate conditioning or experience. This service comes with a comprehensive training plan to supplement your PT sessions.

60 Minute Training Session

For the competitive athlete or well-conditioned individual; those that have specific goals and are highly motivated. Comes with a comprehensive training and meal plan.

Group Training Session

Train with a partner or a group of like-minded, goal-sharing friends. Embrace the pain together.

  • Groups are limited to a maximum of 4
  • 1-hour sessions only

Nutrition Counseling

A personal approach to changing eating habits, learning healthy food selection and alternatives for those favorite household dishes.
