Bio: From an early age, fitness was a major part of my life. My first passion in life was baseball. I played all through high school and into college. Through several years of physical conditioning classes, I learned form and the basics of strength training, powerlifting and both aerobic and anaerobic capacity. In 2010, I enlisted into the Army National Guard where fitness became an even more important aspect of my life. Because of my active lifestyle playing baseball, I quickly became recognized as a fitness subject matter expert and used my knowledge and experience to help my fellow brothers and sisters in arms to meet and exceed the standards we are required to maintain. I became a Master Fitness Trainer in the Army which expanded my knowledge base and taught me valuable skills in fitness/training programming as well as Nutrition. In 2021, I became an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist and in a few short years became an Elite Trainer with multiple specializations.
I love to train, and I love to be a part of my client's fitness journeys. It's a privilege to serve my country and it's a privilege to serve you on your pathway to a healthier life.
